Sailfish Room Rentals
PLEASE NOTE: The Sailfish Room will be closed for renovations from February 1, 2025 through the end of March.
We are excited to announce that the Sailfish Room will be undergoing renovations soon! As a result, the room will not be available for reservations starting February 1, 2025. We anticipate that renovations will be complete in late March. Stay tuned for more updates!
How to reserve the Sailfish Room:
Sailfish Room rentals are available in pre-set blocks of time, or for the whole day. A refundable security deposit is required for ALL Sailfish Room rental reservations.
- Create/log into your CivicRec account.
- Once you log in, click on the purple tab for Sailfish Room Rentals.
- Select OFF SEASON (when the pool is closed) or ON SEASON (when the pool is open), then the date/time from the calendar, and follow the prompts to submit your reservation request.
- Reservation requests must be made at least 7 days in advance.
- A refundable security deposit is required to complete a reservation request.
- We will reach out to you to confirm the reservation.
- If confirmed, you will receive a PERMIT via email from CivicRec with detailed information regarding your reservation costs, rules, and the main entrance door keycode access.
- Check that you have your PERMIT in advance of your event day and time. If you have not received a permit for your confirmed reservation, please contact us at info@ccrider.us during business hours.
- The Sailfish Room is also equipped with an interior security alarm. This alarm will be deactivated before your rental time FOR THE DURATION OF YOUR RESERVATION. Early or unauthorized access, or staying past your reservation time, will set off the alarm.
- Sailfish Room rentals during the Off Season or On Season, DO NOT INCLUDE access to the pool, pool deck, cabana or the storage room.
- If you want access to the pool, you must reserve a pool party separately. If you would like access to the cabana, you must reserve the cabana separately.
- Maximum allowed occupancy for the Sailfish Room is 70 persons, with 40 persons in the room at a time.
- Reservations are based on a first come, first served basis.
- Reservations may be canceled at any time prior to the event. Rental fees for cancelations made seven (7) days or less prior to the event will not be refunded. Cancelations made by the District due to public health or safety concerns or the unavailability of the rented facility due to unexpected events will result in refund of the rental fee.
- Checklist: A laminated check list will be available in the Sailfish Room. Please go through and complete to this check list to log the status of the room when you enter the room for your event.
- Snow removal: Snow removal is triggered at 2 inches, once per snow event. If it has snowed prior to your reservation, the paths around the Sailfish room may not have been cleared. Please wear appropriate footwear for your safety.
