The current upcoming meeting schedule is as follows (dates are subject to change, all updates will be posted on the District website):

• March 24th, 2026, at 1pm - PLEASE NOTE THIS MEETING WILL BE HELD IN-PERSON at the Sailfish Room, 5626 S Galena Street, Greenwood Village, CO 80111. The Zoom link will still be used, but we encourage those who can join in person to do so!

The Master Plan will and schedule of projects for the remainder of this phase will be reviewed at this meeting.

The pool deck loungs chairs, cafe chairs, and low "spa" chair order and color schematics, which the committee has been working diligently on, will be presented at the meeting as well. Please click below to check them out and email us if you have any feedback.

Additional planning committee meeting dates will be scheduled at the meeting. 

An overview schedule of future meeting topics will follow after next week's meeting. Keep an eye out and please join us! We appreciate the ongoing participation in areas where you may have questions or would like to contribute to our District's facilities.

Two chair samples (ribbon lounge chair and sling cafe chair) are available at the District facility for committee members to try out! The pool facility will be open during morning Adult Swim (reach out to Colleen for more information) or during Aquawolves practices - please be respectful of the ongoing swim practice if you choose to visit the facility and keep the chairs under the pavillion. ​Aquawolves will be at the pool on the following days and times: 4-7pm on Wednesday 3/11 and 5-8pm on Thursday 3/12.

Fabric samples are also available to view. They are stored at the tiki bar under the pavillion. 

Committee members may also try out chairs at the following locations:

Dear Sundance Hills Community,

As you likely know, voters recently approved the District’s request for a mill levy increase and bond funding (6D and 6E). This support allows the Sundance Hills Metropolitan District to move forward with important repairs and upgrades to the pool, park, and tennis facilities.

Planning will begin in January 2026. Construction is expected to start after the pool closes in Fall 2026 and finish before the pool reopens in Spring 2027.

To help guide the project and ensure broad community perspectives continue to be heard, the District Board is forming a committee with representatives from the tennis leagues, swim team, the Homeowners Association, the District Board, and several at-large community members. The committee will meet every other week over Zoom from noon to 1:30 p.m.
Meeting dates will be set once the group is formed and will likely run through the end of March, and possibly into early April.

All committee meetings will be open to the public, and the Zoom link will be posted on the District’s website, just like our regular Board meetings.

We know this schedule won’t work for everyone. Here are other ways you can provide input:
● Attend the District’s Board of Directors meetings, held monthly (except December, February and July) at 5:30pm on Mondays. Meeting details and agendas are posted here.
● Share comments or ideas anytime through the website’s “Contact Us” page, by emailing info@ccrider.us, or by calling 303-482-1002.
